Exercise
Join Hannah for a series of vinyasa flow yoga classes designed specifically for the actor.
These classes will help you to develop a deeper connection to your body and release tension in the mind, whilst working on flexibility, strength and presence for performance.
Classes are 60 minutes of flowing movement set to music, and include philosophy, meditation techniques and pranayama (breathing practices).
Props and mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
£7 first taster class
£10 per class online bookings at Hannah’s website.
£12 drop-ins very welcome (cash only).
Please arrive 10 minutes before class.
